Visibility
Your services and the searches they should appear for are not defined clearly enough for Google.
A proposal from Andrew Elliott
Thank you for taking the time to speak with me. I have reviewed the current Rosebudd Design Consultancy website and considered the practical problems you described — particularly how difficult it is for you to update the pages and images yourself.
My recommendation is to begin with a clean WordPress build rather than trying to repair the current structure. This is quicker and more reliable, and it allows me to get the page structure, on-page SEO, loading performance, mobile presentation, navigation and enquiry journey right from the outset.
I will carry out the project in two connected parts. First, I will research, structure and write the content. I will then use that approved work to design and build the new website. The current site can remain live while I work privately, and I will move the completed website to the live domain once everything is approved.
The main issues are not simply visual. They affect how Google understands your business, how quickly a prospective client understands your services and how easily you can keep the site useful after launch.
Your services and the searches they should appear for are not defined clearly enough for Google.
Your visitors currently have to do too much work to understand the value and scope of Rosebudd.
Your website is difficult for you to update and does not guide enquiries strongly enough.
I will work out what your new website needs to say before I design it. This prevents your content being forced into a visual template and gives every page a clear purpose.
I will review the current content, page structure, technical access, indexing risks, weak pages and useful information worth retaining.
I will identify the language your potential clients use and map the strongest relevant search subjects to your new pages.
I will compare relevant competitors, noting where they communicate well, where they fall short and where Rosebudd can be clearer.
I will map your homepage, service pages, About page and enquiry routes in the order your prospective clients naturally need them.
I will write or substantially rewrite the page headlines, introductions, service explanations, calls to action and frequently asked questions.
I will prepare page titles, meta descriptions, heading structures, clean URLs, internal links, image guidance and structured search content.
Once you have agreed the content direction, I will build the site privately on WordPress and share the important sections with you as I go. I will not disappear and present a finished site without involving you.
This will keep your navigation simple while giving each important service and subject enough room to explain its value.
A complete homepage introducing Rosebudd Design Consultancy, your experience, your key services, who you help, proof, frequently asked questions and clear routes to enquire or arrange a call.
Each service will have its own page explaining who it is for, what you provide, your process, likely outcomes, relevant FAQs and the appropriate next step.
A dedicated page explaining your experience, design and production background, working approach, industry knowledge and the story behind Rosebudd Design Consultancy.
The dedicated FAQ page will answer broader questions, while useful FAQ sections will also appear on the homepage and service pages where they help visitors and search engines understand the offer.
Titles, descriptions, headings, readable URLs, internal linking, alt text and page content mapped to relevant searches.
XML sitemap, indexing settings, Google Search Console submission and redirects from replaced website addresses where needed.
Responsive layouts, compressed imagery, lean page construction, caching and sensible performance best practice.
GA4 setup or connection so visits and useful website activity can be measured after launch.
Organisation, service and FAQ information will be marked up appropriately where it supports search understanding.
Links, forms, appointments, mobile layouts, legal pages, analytics, search access and the live-domain transfer will be checked.
I will not simply install your pages and leave the technical work for later. Your page content, code structure, search data and tracking will be set up together so Google can understand your website properly and you can see which activity is producing useful interest.
Each important page will receive a clear search purpose, page title, meta description, heading hierarchy, readable URL, internal links, image alt text and content aligned with the relevant search intent.
Benefit: clearer subject relevance and stronger foundations for organic visibility.I will add appropriate Organisation, Service, Breadcrumb and FAQ structured data where it accurately describes the page content.
Benefit: helps search engines interpret the business, services and page relationships more reliably.I will test key pages on mobile and desktop, optimise images and loading behaviour, and address practical performance issues involving caching, fonts, scripts and page construction.
Benefit: a faster, more comfortable experience that reduces unnecessary visitor drop-off.I will verify the website, submit the XML sitemap, inspect important pages, monitor indexing and make sure Google can access the new site after launch.
Benefit: clearer oversight of indexing problems, search queries and future opportunities.I will set up or connect Google Analytics 4 and configure useful tracking for important actions such as enquiry submissions, Calendly activity and key contact or call-to-action clicks.
Benefit: you can see which pages and actions are generating meaningful engagement.Your editing area will use clear, labelled fields for the information you are most likely to change. You will not need to understand page builders, layouts or the technical side of WordPress. I can also add new marketing features and additional pages later without rebuilding your website.
These details explain what will happen, what I need from you and what happens after your website launches.
I will aim to complete and launch the new website by 15 August 2026, provided I receive the required materials and feedback promptly. The current website can remain live throughout the build.
I normally understand the direction quickly, but I will share the content and important layouts as I go. Feedback will be built into the process, with reasonable amendments included before final approval.
Fast, secure hosting is included for the first year, together with SSL security certificates and backups. After the first year, hosting is £10 per month. You may instead move your website to another suitable host if you prefer.
I will develop your new site privately. Once you approve the finished work, I will move it to your existing live domain and complete the final checks, redirects, analytics and Google indexing submission.
The work gives your Rosebudd website a much stronger technical and content foundation. It does not promise a particular Google position, because rankings also depend on competition, authority, time and future marketing activity.
The normal fee for the research, content, design and complete website build described above is £2,000. I am offering the full project to Rosebudd Design Consultancy for £1,300 if the proposal is approved by the close of 31 July 2026. No VAT is added.
You may find it useful to look through a few previous projects and read more about how I work with small businesses. I handle the research, writing, design and development myself, so the person discussing your project with you is also the person doing the work.
